York Minster is one of the world’s most magnificent cathedrals, welcoming more than 700,000 people from across the globe in 2019. Livestreaming is now a key part of the cathedral’s outreach with an increasingly global footprint. We are seeking to enhance and expand this capability to develop and deliver engaging and compelling content to communicate the range of special services and events held in the Minster each year.

35 hours per week, working 5 days over 7.

 Salary: £27,000 per annum

We are looking for a talented, creative and motivated individual with experience of livestreaming broadcasts and/or filming to provide high quality technical, operational and production expertise for York Minster’s livestreaming productions. The individual will also manage requests from commercial film companies, film-makers and photographers seeking permission to film at the cathedral and in the wider precinct.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience of livestreaming and broadcasting who seeks to develop their skills working behind the scenes in one of the world’s most extraordinary buildings.
