£35,000 – £40,000 per annum

The Chapter of York are looking for a committed individual, with a finance background, a love of data and a passion for continuous improvement to fulfil a newly created role designed to support ongoing strategic development and operational efficiency at York Minster.

They will support the Chief Finance Officer in developing timely and accurate reporting of management information and financial analysis, as well as collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to identify operational data needs. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent attention to detail, proven communication skills, a collaborative approach and an ability to influence, encourage and support change, as they will help bridge the gap between the data itself and what that means for colleagues in their planning and operations.
