HR Project Officer

Scroll to explore

We are seeking a HR Project Officer to help co-ordinate the implementation of our new HR and Volunteering systems, as well as support the ongoing work of the People Team as required.

As well as a place of worship and pilgrimage, York Minster is a leading visitor attraction, a heritage crafts centre, an events venue, a museum and a library/archive. This diversity is reflected in our wide range of staff posts and volunteer roles and we are looking for someone interested in making a real difference to the people and operations here.

Our ideal candidate would have proven experience in supporting the co-ordination and delivery of new projects through to completion. Experience of working within a HR team would be great, but is by no means essential if you are familiar with the work a People team deliver. The role would suit someone who is highly organised and able to quickly establish effective relationships with a number of different stakeholders.

The post is offered on a six month fixed term basis at a FTE salary of £25,000 per annum. As a 7-day per week operation, we can offer real flexibility over working patterns and although envisaged to be a full time role (35 hours per week), we would be open to alternative proposals.

To apply please download an Application Pack and download and complete an Application Form, Equality Diversity Monitoring Form, and a Confidential Declaration Form. Completed forms should be sent to jobs@yorkminster.org.

Completed forms should arrive no later than noon on Monday 11th July 2022. Interviews will take place on Tuesday 19th July 2022.
