£28,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering outstanding support? Do you want to work in one of the UK’s most iconic and historic settings? York Minster is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our dedicated team and help ensure the smooth running of our IT systems across the precinct.

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day IT operations of York Minster. Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and supporting the rollout of new applications. You’ll also contribute to a high standard of internal customer service and be a valued member of a collaborative and mission-driven team.
