Abigail Davison is a Distinctive Deacon who has been based in York Minster since her ordination in 2018.  Until very recently she worked as a care assistant, providing palliative care for patients in the final year of their life.  She has now moved into the post of Spiritual Care Lead at St Leonard’s Hospice, where she supports patients and staff as part of the holistic care team.
