What's onVisiting York Minster.
VisitHear hundreds of singers from choirs across the Diocese of York come together for a special service of Choral Evensong in York Minster’s spectacular Nave for the Royal School of Church Music’s Annual Festival.
The singers will join the Choir of York Minster and be conducted by Robert Sharpe, Director of Music. Music will include Wood’s O thou, the central orb and Beach’s Peace I leave with you. Ben Morris, Assistant Director of Music, will play the organ.
All are welcome, no booking required.
