In the course of five services, twelve women and men will be ordained by the Archbishop of York, Stephen Cottrell. The services will be held at York Minster between Friday 25 and Sunday 27 September 2020.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions and in line with the government and the Church of England’s advice attendance to these services is restricted, with no walk up entry allowed. However, family, friends and congregations are invited to join the services via livestream. The Diocese of York will be livestreaming the core of each service on their Facebook page.

The services begin at the following times, with the livestream beginning approximately twenty minutes after the start time seen below:

  Ordination of Nick Garside, Vanessa Kirby and Richard Townend
