What's onVisiting York Minster.
VisitOfficers and members of the General Synod of the Church of England will attend the Sung Eucharist service at York Minster at 11.00am on Sunday 9 July. The General Synod’s July meeting will take place in York from 7 -11 July.
The Archbishop of York, Stephen Cottrell, will preside at the service. The Preacher will be the Most Revd Cyril Kobina Ben-Smith, Primate of the Church of the Province of West Africa. The Choir of York Minster will perform at the service.
All are welcome to attend the service.
