Ignite Concerts proudly presents A Night at the Movies at York Minster.

Join Ignite Concerts for a magical evening where the timeless melodies of beloved film scores will be brought to life by the Ebor String Quartet and accompanied on selected songs by the stirring vocals of Alistair Griffin. With music from Star Wars, Pirates of The Caribbean, Jurassic Park, ET, Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Notting Hill to name but a few, the musicians will take you on a musical journey of iconic movie soundtracks.

Prepare to be captivated as the Minster’s gothic Nave is illuminated by candlelight in this immersive experience where music, ambiance, and history converge for a truly unforgettable evening of music.

Doors open 6.45pm. Music starts 7.30pm.

The performance includes a short interval. Refreshments are not available.
