Your Impact

It costs £33,000 a day to care for our historic building, maintain our worship and music tradition, and carry out our contemporary mission of education, outreach and care.

As a charity, we rely on the kindness and generosity of people like you to power our work. We receive no regular government or Church of England funding, other than clergy stipends.

Therefore, every donation made, whether large or small, plays an important role in helping to secure the long-term future of York Minster.

Thank you so much for your generous support.
