2026 marks the 800th anniversary of the canonisation of York’s patron saint, St William of York.

As part of this special commemorative year at York Minster, we invite all to join us for Choral Evensong on Sunday 7 June at 4pm, on the eve of the Feast of St William of York. Please join us in collective worship as we honour our city’s patron saint and celebrate his legacy at York Minster.

All are welcome; no tickets or pre-booking are required.
