Triple Consecration at York Minster

Three new bishops will be consecrated at York Minster on Thursday 30 April. The service will be led by Stephen Cottrell, Archbishop of York, who will consecrate the Venerable Richard Simpson as Bishop of Durham, the Reverend Canon Dr Michael Leyden as Bishop of Penrith, and the Very Reverend Simon Robinson as Bishop of Warrington.

The service will take place in the Nave at 11am and is free to attend with no booking required. The service will also be livestreamed on our YouTube channel.
