Join our worship for young people and families and mark Candlemas, celebrating Christ the light of our world. The relaxed service will be held in the Crypt and include a performance by the Cross Keys Choir. 

Through story, music, and worship, we will retell the story of the presentation of Christ in the Temple and what it means to recognise his light among us today.

Families are invited to come at any time during the free 30 minute event which starts at 10am and stay for as long or as little as they like. No booking is required. After the service, families can stay and enjoy the cathedral free of charge.

Minster Mash-Up sessions run throughout the year and explore the seasons in the Christian calendar, with different interactive opportunities each time including craft workshops, sensory activities, music and worship. Upcoming sessions include:
