What's onVisiting York Minster.
VisitJoin our worship for young people and families – Minster Mash-Up – and mark Pentecost.
At this special event, families are invited to join a short service where we celebrate the Church’s Birthday.
Families are invited to come at any time during the free 45 minute event, which starts at 10am, and stay for as long or as little as they like. No booking is required. After the service, families can stay and enjoy the cathedral free of charge.
Minster Mash-Up sessions run throughout the year and explore the seasons in the Christian calendar, with different interactive opportunities each time including craft workshops, sensory activities, music and worship.
